In December,2008,Limac Corporation obtained exemption from the obligation to offer of the CSRC for Hejin Holding Investment. In September,2009, Limac Corporation’s 218,573,040 shares completed assigned.
On April 21, 2008, Hejin investment convened an interim meeting of shareholders, adopted < Shenyang Hejin investment Co., Ltd share-trading reform scheme > by live voting , entrusting board of director voting and Internet voting.On 24th November,2009, Share-trading reform scheme carried out completed resumption. |
